Returns Policy

At MonEle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at info@monele.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, first and last name, and shipping address.

We’ll then send you an email with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Returning your item

You must send your order back to us at your own cost.

Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are securely packaged.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep hold of the receipt as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing.

If the return is due to our error or if the goods received are damaged, we will arrange for the return to be sent back free of charge, with more details provided during the returns process.

If you wish for us to arrange collection of your items for convenience, please contact us and we can arrange a collection from Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 at a charge of £10 (for UK Mainland customers only)

Refunds

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will issue a refund within 48 hours.

Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

Please note, your initial shipping cost is non-refundable unless your purchase is considered faulty.
